Core Catharsis is not an optical illusion, but like an optical illusion it can be difficult to comprehend because we're blinded by our usual way of seeing things. Analyzing or even understanding your feelings is not a significant part of Core Catharsis. But those are the familiar ways we approach feelings so we have difficulty with a new approach even though it is easy. Core Catharsis is making any feeling, emotion, or experience an integrated useful and comfortable part of your life and goals, no matter how painful it has been or how long you have rejected the feeling because it has been painful. This is achieved in much the same way you've created automatic painful emotions and "bad" habits. Core Catharsis focuses on how any desire or emotion is created. It gives you the ability to create the automatic feelings you want. You no longer need to feel like a victim of your own responses and feelings. You can develop a habit of connecting all your experience to your goals and to your happiness. Why have a guided session? Because in a couple of hours you can have a thorough understanding of how to apply Core Catharsis to your life.
